Slight Car Crash
We were going to see Hotel Transylvania today. :) (We did, it was funny!) While we were driving there, another car merged into the side of our car, sabotaging the right side of our car. Or my father's FAVORITE car. Boy, was my father pissed. Though, we were just glad that no one was injured and the car wasn't too badly misshapen. The right side mirror lost it's mirror, and there's a small barely noticeable scratch on it. Now, this woman looked about in her early 20's. She looked like she just learned to drive. She has a strawberry colored, long, slightly curly, hair reaching to her shoulders. She wasn't too tan, and she had a retainer in her mouth, which we payed attention to mostly when she kept apologizing for hitting us. Wouldn't you pay attention more to a slight flaw than to the real person? I'm not trying to be mean, but it was really standing out. My father was really upset, but tried not to scream at her. Now, my father is a very strong man. He's got that stern, low voice, even if he's not yelling at you, you're still scared of him. And he's got that strong face that scares my brother and I. Now, this woman apologized a bunch of times, and she gave my father her insurance and everything. For most of the day, instead of going to the theater (we were so close to it! ) we drove around looking for a police station to report it. Then, my father contacted his insurance to report his accident. My brother and I were pretty shaken up from both the car merging into us, and our father getting mad. I'm just glad it wasn't too bad. The really ironic thing was I was texting my best friend about the incident, and she told me that she got into a car crash too! Only she got hit in the rear end of the car. How ironic. Sorry for not doing a blog yesterday. I couldn't really think of anything.

McMush
I'm never going to eat McDonald's EVER again! In Biology, we had a lab to do. We were identifying if there was a presence of monosaccharides, proteins, lipids, and starch. The teacher had in her hand a translucent cup, with a vomit colored liquid inside. She said that it was blended Mcdonald's hamburger, fries, and a Sprite. The whole class was disgusted. She said we had to do 4 lab tests: Benedict's solution, Lugol's solution or iodine, Biuret's solution, and Sudan lll. We had to figure out the presence of the organic compounds in this blended "vomit." Blah! We had 4 test tubes, a cleaning brush, a test tube rack, and a graduated cylinder. She poured about 8 ml of the McMush in the graduated cylinder, and you could smell the McDonald's. I started to gag, and I didn't have anything in my stomach! So, we had to the do the test with the 4 solutions, and we did the Benedict's first. I wanted to made sure it was slow and chunky. And stupid me, I poured it over the counter and about 2 ml of it poured onto the counter. Now, it literally looked like vomit! I nearly cried, and vomited! I started gagging because of the smell and sight. I had to get 2 ml more and watching her pour that McMush wanted to make me vomit on her. After the experimentation, we had to Lugol's again. Great. More gagging and baby barfing. After the class, I was nauseated. Now, I'll never eat out again. I feel like I could still smell it. Mmfh! *going to vomit* I'm sure you'll never eat McDonald's again after reading this. Sorry.

Father's Birthday
It is my father's birthday and I got sick. Yesterday, we were at Baskin Robbin's getting a cake and we got some ice cream, and I forgot my brother still had gastroenteritis, and I decided to taste some of his ice cream. I feel so stupid! The next day (today) I ended up feeling weird. I was at first tired, but I ignored it because I usually don't get enough sleep. Then I started feeling nauseated during 2nd hour, I ignored that because I have a nausea problem and my appointment isn't till next month. 3rd hour, I started getting stomach pain. Now, I didn't eat anything at all! At all! So, I got a little suspicious. I held on for a little bit and as I got down to lunch, I dropped my stuff by my best friend and ran off to the bathroom. I came back a few minutes later, and sat at the table with nothing to eat. I rested my head on the table and I texted my mother during lunch, and she said to go to the nurse's office. In my school, the nurse's office is called the "clinic." So, I went there and there were a few kids already there. I stayed there for almost an hour. I almost fell asleep in the chair, and the nurse asked how I felt. I still felt nauseated, and she gave me a peppermint. My mother finally came and I left the school. Now, when I got home, I saw my father's birthday cake. I almost forgot about his birthday. Luckily, at the last minute, I made him a lion picture. The lion is roarin and it says:
Have a Roarin Birthday Happy Birthday Daddy.
When I finished the picture, I started crying. I felt bad that he didn't have much of a good birthday. And I really wanted to make it up to him, because his kids are sick. I was just glad he didn't see me crying, because when I went up to give hi the picture, he was watching Big Bang Theory and working on his new laptop. Plus, my mother was sleeping, so it was pretty dark. He said he would bring the picture to work with him, which made me leave the room to cry even more. I love my father very much, and he deserves the best from his family.

Few Days Ago
So, my brother got sick a few days ago. My mother got tired of him getting a stomachache. Plus, he's been having stomach problems for a while, so my mother made an appointment, and it turns out he has gastroenteritis. The inflammation of his gastrointestinal tract. No big deal. The big problem though is he's way too overweight for someone his age. He is 181 pounds. Let's just say that he's tween. I will not say his age. But, damn. He has been having trouble with his diet because in autism, kids with the condition don't like changing their routine, so my brother stuck to the same foods and hated trying new ones. He has the nose of a bloodhound. He can smell a food he dislikes from his room to the kitchen. And trust me, he kitchen is really far. He gags at a smell he strongly dislikes. So the physician said that he needs to drink more water, drink some Pepto bismol, and lose some weight. (Some. Really doctor? SOME?! He needs to lose a LOT!)So, yea that's the gist. Sorry for no picture today, I couldn't think of anything. But, please comment below of what I can draw. :) Thank you.

Random Cartoon
"An apple a day keeps the doctors away." Which is true by the way. If you want some evidence, I will provide it. One of the treats that the horses eat is apples, and that quote and the horse really go together. I'm going to be posting up some random cartoons that I drew during my school hours, so you may see this if I have nothing else to say. Heh. Enjoy the horsey!

Pet Peeves
Does anyone have like a really bad pet peeve they can't control? We were talking about that during my Literature class. Our bellwork was to list 3 pet peeves that repulses you. Mine were smudges on glasses, eraser shavings on the table or on the tip of my pencil eraser, and biting my fingernails. The smudges on the glasses really bother me because I have a lot of friends that wear glasses, and when they are dirty, I literally snatch it off their face and clean them myself. My friends look at me like I'm the freaking Igor with my back hunched over, cleaning the glasses. I give it back to them, smiling, like I didn't do anything, except for my success of clean glasses. They do thank me because they can see clearly. Hmph. Clean glasses equals clear vision. What are is your worst pet peeve(s)?
By the way, the kitty in the picture had nothing to do with the post, it's just a picture I drew today. It's not offending the kitty or anything, it's just a random picture. I don't mean to hurt the kitty's feelings. Good day.

Laughing at Church
There are many times where it is inappropriate to laugh at some times. For example, like at a funeral. It's like you're happy to have that person dead. Well, laughing at church is another inappropriate thing. My family couldn't stop giggling, and it wasn't about the church or anything around us, it was outside the church. I felt bad for laughing during Mass. It was rude after all, I'm just glad they didn't kick us out for laughing. After church, my family and I went to a breakfast that the church hosted for the people. It was cheap and when you gave the money to the person in charge, they gave you tickets for however many people you have. Then, you give the tickets to another person and you can go in and out to get food whenever. It was delicious! There was an option of scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage links, pancakes, and toast. The condiments were at the end of the table. They also had donuts on the other side of the Parish room and orange juice and coffee in the front. Now, the Parish room had at least 6 tables I think. And all of them were filled up. But, there was this one family that left and it was able to fit my family, and two of our church friends. Our church friends are this elderly couple that are very sweet and became friends with my parents a long time. They always ask us how we're doing in school, our lives, and special jobs that my parents had to accomplish. My parents are building a shed by hand, and so far, so good. They need to put up the walls. Anyways, we were talking nonstop about what has happened to us for he past week, while my brother was waiting because he didn't want to eat the breakfast the church provided. He's not used to changing his routine, since he's autistic. He started complaining about how we were talking to much and "Jesus talks too much." Haha! He calls the priest "Jesus." It's adorable! We left after my dad parked the car behind the church and we drove off. We went to iHop to get take-out for my brother to make him stop complaining. Well, we were driving here I left him play "Angry Birds" on my phone. I swear he's better than me at that game. He was going from level to level in like half a minute. Whenever I play a level it takes me several minutes just to complete. I like Angry Birds, but I LOVE Unblock Me! I love strategy games better than action games. Like puzzle games are my favorite. After the iHop, my parents went to Home Depot to get some more supplies for the shed. The funny thing about the shed is how my mother pronounces it. She has a very thick accent, and her words end up sounding like something else. Good thing my father was with her. Us, kids, were waiting in the car. I listened to my music while my brother ate his breakfast. They came back a few minutes later and we all went to Target. My mom had to get some light bulbs. I don't know why. I got some stuff of my own like an Angry Birds Wallet. Finally, I can keep my student i.d. and money in something. Yeah, I keep all my stuff in my pockets which makes it feel uncomfortable. We all went home because my mother started feeling a little sick. She has a stomachache. I will show my pictures soon. I will try. For now, you can look at my DeviantArt account.

First Blog
Hello everyone! You can call me Otis, Frazier, or Marie. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I'm a girl in high school who loves to draw. I'm a bit of a cartoonist in training. Not only do I love to draw, but I love anything related to medicine. People tell me that I should become an artist, when I want to work in a hospital. Drawing is a hobby. I've had people ask me,
"Hey, why do you want to be a doctor when you are good at drawing? You should become an artist." The reason why is my family. My family have some.... therapeutic problems. I think it all started with my brother being diagnosed with autism. Later on, he developed Hodgin's cancer. It was a scary experience for the family. It came back at least 3 times and he almost died once. My mother was diagnosed with OCD. She's obsessed with cleaning and she told me that it doesn't bother her. A few months ago, my dad was diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder. I've always wondered why he was so stressed and in a bad mood when I say something wrong. Me on the other hand, I have asthma and a nausea problem. I still need to make my doctor's appointment for this problem. It's been happening for almost 2 years. It didn't bother me at first, but now I can't really control it.
I wanted to be an artist when I was younger, but I became interested in medicine years ago. You might think I'm crazy, slightly I am. Ha ha. Well, I hope to do some blogs everyday, explaining what has been happening. For now, I'm dealing with my nausea again. Now, my nausea scares me. I forgot to mention that I have emetophobia; fear of vomit. I've always been scared since I was like a little girl in elementary. Weird since doctors see vomiting all the time, and yet I'll freak out or cry if I see it. I'm such a baby. Anyway, I think I'll leave now. Rest if I can. I will see ya'll tomorrow. Ha ha. I said ya'll.
